Since our first building opened in 2002, Nexus has grown to offer a diverse mix of commercial offices matched by an unrivalled commitment to onsite amenity

Over the years, the acquisition of adjoining sites has allowed Salta to expand its vision and increase the site’s capacity. Nexus currently spans 11.8 hectares, with more than 60,000sqm of office space, home to growing community of leading businesses.

Nexus continues to evolve and adapt to meet the needs of its tenants. With potential to grow the site to 120,000sqm our plans for the future also include an onsite hotel.
